BKPJM is a teacher training college with over two decades of legacy. The institution was struggling with declining admissions and an inconsistent public image.
This project aimed to rebuild the brand through research, strategy and design.

Despite a long-standing legacy, BKPJM experienced declining admissions and lacked a clear, memorable identity in the minds of students, parents, and faculty.

Understanding the Brand
Before redesigning the identity, we wanted to understand how different stakeholders experienced BKPJM. We began by mapping touch-points across the lives of stakeholders
Qualitative Research
We conducted in-depth interviews with four key stakeholder groups.

We designed a visual identity that respected the institution's official name while embracing the name people actually remembered.
